Exploring legal frontiers with the Premier of Sarawak!

9th November - The Dean, Prof Dr. Jason Chuah, leading a dynamic discussion with the Most Honourable Premier of Sarawak, Tan Sri Datuk Patinggi Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari bin Tun Abang Haji Openg. 

The intricate legal ties between West Malaysia and Sarawak, and the future of legal education were amongst the topics of discussion. Dr. Izura Masdina, Deputy Dean of Undergraduate Studies, and En Khairul Nizam, Faculty Manager, were very much there shaping the conversation.

Exciting talks on crafting a Malaysian law degree with Sarawakian flair and brainstorming how UM can play a pivotal role in making it happen.
